Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Nevada

Wills,Trusts, Minors who are Beneficiaries

My son is 13yrs old and is named the Beneficiary of his fathers estate. We weren't notified for the reading of the Will or anything else regarding his fathers passing, however the executor is the fathers brother, and has been driving the deceased's vehicle, living in the home and so on and my son is denied access to the home or any of the personal belongings of his fathers. What can I do to help make sure my son isn't getting the short end of the stick and his right aren't being violated? Please Help

If the Will is probated you should be able to see it and see the accounting and inventory filed by the Executor.
