I broke my leg at work and i failed the drug test for pot but it was 2 weeks prior to the accident that i smoked the marajuana can i still get workers comp benifits

A positive drug test does not preclude you from receiving workers' compensation benefits. However, if you were intoxicated at the time of injury it wiould be difficult on appeal.
