Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Hampshire

Property dispute

we put up a fence, our neighbor watch us do it, she even felt bad that she could not help in the cost, that was 2 years ago, now she said the fence is on her property and we abandoned the fence and she is going to destroy the fence, she also said we have not tried to communicate with her about this, I have the letters to show we have been trying to do this peacefully, she claims to have a lawyer but her letters come from herself not lawyer is mentioned. Can she destroy the fence without going to court first, or do we have to take it down.

The first thing you need to do is get a full instrument survey done so you will know whether your neighbor is right or not. I have no idea why she would have any bisis for claiming you abandonded the fence
