I am appealing a court order from Rockingham county courthouse. I first must state that l am not a party to this on going litagation for the past 9 years, my ex husband was. I have been ordered to sign documents to give my non private information to a women who is not to be trusted as far as l can spit (excuse my language). This women has made my life a living
he--. I have appealed and have filed my brief and now she has answered the brief. I now need to file an reply brief within 20 days. I would really like to cite cases like mine. Where do l look for this? And how do l do it? I would hire an attorney but this women has me tied up in 5 courthouses one in cross the boarder. I have no money so l have to do this myself and have never done caselaw. How do you do it.? I need to find something close to my case. My ex husband signed his father s will and everything that he bought with trust money has to go back to the estate but the parties are asking for my financial info, tax info, ss# , bank accounts for the next 3 years. I have done nothing worng and l have never been made to this action but l have been forced into it. Very complex.

Consider immediately visiting Legal Aid, or call a local bar association to get a lawyer to help you. Or why not contact the person who did your appeal? Non-private information is not bank records or tax information, ssn, etc., in which you have a right to privacy. Whose position is the same as yours? You might contact that person's lawyer, if they want the same outcome as you do.
But a lawyer has to see what you are involved in, and it is difficult to respond based on your question.
