Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New Hampshire

Address for Matrix

I am preparing a creditor matrix, and I know that many of my creditors have charged off my accounts and sold them to collection agencies, who then should be forwarding them to other attorneys and/or third party collection agencies. Do I list the address of the original creditor, or the address of the current holder?

Re: Address for Matrix

Hi and Thanks for Your Inquiry -

My name is Len Foy and I am an attorney with Gould & Gould, with offices in Methuen Mass & Londonderry NH. Our office telephone # is (603) 434-3437, my mobile # is (603) 978-0421, and my email address is [email protected].

Our firm handles bankruptcy cases in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, we have extensive experience and our rates are reasonable.

It's true, some of these bad debts may be headed for attorneys or collection agencies, if you have the names and addresses of these firms you should identify them in your petition. Otherwise you can list the original creditor and that will suffice.

If you're interested in a bankruptcy consultation feel free to contact me directly.

Regards and Good Luck -
