Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New Hampshire

Ex declares bankruptcy and my name is still on deed to house

My ex-wife and I divorced just over 4 yrs ago. As part of the divorce agreement she got the house and had 4 yrs to buy out my portion or sell the house. She has refinanced so that the mortgage does not have my name on it. However, my name is still on the deed. She is considering filing for bankruptcy. How will this effect me? Will the divorce court order for her to pay me be thrown out the window? Will I ever see the money she owes me? Do I have any leverage because my name is on the deed or is that a liability to me?
