Legal Question in Business Law in New Hampshire
The company i work for offers 3 different insurance plans. They are now telling us if we don't fill out a survey with questions about or physical and mental health and have an onsite physical we will not have a choice of the 3 plans but will only be able to take plan A. Plan A is the lowest coverage plan. is this legal...???

As a Franchise Attorney I can say this. In the absence of a written employment contract (that, in your case, specifies certain insurance coverage), employers are free to change their policy on insurance coverage at will. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
