How do I enforce a buy and sell agreement?
In April I sold my business and had a promissory note signed
along with a buy and sell agreement. the Buyer agreeded to start making payments in July but I have not received any monies. How can I enforce this agreement?

It depends upon what your agreement says. Does it require arbitration? If not, and the other party won't be reasonable you have to bring a lawsuit to enforce the terms of the agreement.
