It exists, but may not do what you want it to. The organization of an LLC is legally complete with the filing with the Secretary of State, but an operating agreement should be drafted to customize the entity to whatever kind of business it conducts, and deal with control and ownership issues.

There is a lot more than just forming the LLC. You need to develop an appropriate Operating Agreement. You need to understand how to use the LLC as an effective device to actually reduce your personal liability. An LLC is a "person" for all legal purposes. The complexitites of LLCs are great. Sometimes they can be simplified by working with an attorney. If you try to read the entire LLC statutes for New Hampshire and are comfortable with all of the different requirements, then go forth. Otherwise, a meeting with an attorney would likely bein your long term benefit.
