Legal Question in Business Law in New Hampshire

My husband has been convicted of felony reckless conduct , related to a DWI, no one was killed or maimed. Just an inexperienced lawyer and an angry cop. Will he be able to get a surety bond in order to get licensed to install solar systems?

Any attorney will say it depends on the policy of the surety bond company. Be truthful on surety application and go from there. Don't volunteer anything that isn't asked. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
