Legal Question in Business Law in New Hampshire
I have a job that requires me to do alot of internet searching. It occurs to me that the knowledge I have accumulated is valuable and I could actually start my own consulting business.
Is there a legal conflict if I keep my full time job and offer consulting services at night or on weekends ?
thanks

The answer depends on the type of job your are currently doing, whether you've signed any type of non-disclosure, etc. agreement and who owns the body of knowledge you have accumulated. Without examining these issues it is not possible to give a good answer. Consult with a good business attorney in your area for specific advice.
