Legal Question in Business Law in New Hampshire
Non Profit Organizations
If a not for profit organization can not produce a copy of its by laws in black and white does that mean there are no by laws? This is for a small organization where all its members and Board of Directors are volunteers.

Re: Non Profit Organizations
Most likely, it means that they exist but were lost -- would be worthwhile contacting all CPAs and lawyers who have worked for the corporation to see if anyone can turn up a copy. But, if not, just have a lawyer create a new set and have them adopted at the next meeting.
