What is the procedure for forming a business partnership
I intend to go into a working partnership with one other person. I will have a minority share in this business. What are the issues to be decided to protect me and my eventual heirs

First, I would recommend that you form some kind of entity for this business. It could be a corporation, limited liability company, or possibly limited liability partnership. The lawyer who prepares the organizational documents can advise you about minority participant protections.
