Legal Question in Business Law in New Hampshire
Setting up LLC Holding Company
I am interested in creating an LLC holding company that will own two of my current businesses. My plan is to consolidate the revenue and sales for greater banking loans and lines. Is there any special guidelines I should follow in setting up an LLC holding company? The two companies in question are already LLC.
Thanks,
Matthew
