Legal Question in Business Law in New Hampshire

I have a soul proprietorship and an LLC in NH I want the soul proprietorship to be a subsidary or covered by the LLC. how can I do this?

You would want to involve your CPA in the transfer, but it is merely a matter of transferring assets and liabilities to the LLC. A sole proprietorship is not an entity and thus cannot be a subsidiary of an LLC.
