Confiscation Of Firearms

Is it legal for a Police to keep my friearms after the charges brought against me have been dropped and null prossed. Souly on the reason for not giving it back because they do not know me personally??

No. If you have valid proof of ownership you are entitled to the return of a legal firearm.

Law enforcement officers are often ignorant of the law and you may have to resort to small claims court or other judicial process to recover the weapon.
