NH Judicial Mayhem - please help

Dear Sir, If I could ask for your help. I married an alien in 10/2001 but it fell apart 6mo thereafter. SHe was for VISA purposes. At 3 years she tried to brand me criminally but that got thrown out. My daughter (whom we had) was negotiated to her off the cuff and I got her for visits. There was a pre-nup ratified with the union. In our 08/2006 divorce my lawyers never listened to my please of flight. It was all left open. Now my daughter is gone. They fled last march to oklahoma with some new husband. Do I have a legal malpractice case here? Also, I am disabled physically but am being extorted in every which way. My pre-nup protected everything but NH lit a match to it and applying the opposite to us. Please advise.

I launched several suites at federal court

No atty will help me. I have been to U.S. District Court too. I am just a clean cut regular guy, college grad, army, educated, employed. I am my daughters hockey coach for 3 years. They tore her life apart before me. I have pre-trial mgt hearings in november then trial in december. They need to be stopped. The only solution is compensable money damages for what they have done and to stop what they are currently doing. Please help
