Is there a subpoena (other than duces tecum)that requires the immediate release of documents? In other words at serving of the Subpoena.

No, a subpoena does not usually even require IMMEDIATE release, because a person can always challenge a subpoena without turning over the documents. What it means is that if the person doesn't have a good reason for noncompliance, they can be held in contempt of court and punished accordingly.
