Legal Question in Constitutional Law in New Hampshire

Laws on moving to a different town and being able to keep my kids in the same sc

Hello, I was not sure what law this would go under but I am trying to find out my rights and what I can do. My wife and I had to move to another town cause we had lost our house and had only so much time to find a place. We wanted to stay in the same town but was not able to, because we could not find anything for a 3 bedrooms. We have a 12 year old boy with a disability of ADHD,OCD AND BIPOLAR and have allot of emotion problem and just would not do good at all going to a new school. Just would like be starting all over on whatever we have accomplised with him threw the school system and getting him comfprtable with it. Is there anyway we can get my son or kids to be able to stay in the same school district without having to pay the tuition of 7,100 a year. We just don't got the money at all. I just don't feel the school is being honest with me and telling me of all my rights. They are just telling me we have to get our kids out. I have told them that as soon as we can, we are going to move back to the town we was in but it might take some time to find a place.

Can you help me or tell me what i can do and not please.

Thanks so very much,

Concern Parent.

probably not; unless there is some inter-community program that allows for such an exchange. the best analogy is that you voted with your feet, and once you moved out of town, your family lost the ability to involve the previous school department; you may want to contact the current school department regarding your child's special needs as you see them, and ask that the prior program be implemented there. good luck
