Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Hampshire

My friend recently purchased a 1993 Honda Accord, on the bill of sale it states " must pass inspection" there was no working horn, lights and there is a lot of work to be done to it, yet it has an inspection sticker, what are my options? If I get it re-inspected and it fails, what are my options then?

You may have viable RSA 358-F, and 358-A claims which may entitle you to damages and attorneys fees.
