Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Hampshire
un ordered oil delivered
Do I have to pay for home heating oil delivered to my home if I did not order it and it is not from my oil company? Do I need to let them pump this oil back out? The slip left also had the wrong name and address on it.

If you use it you have to pay the reasonable value of the oil under something called "quantum meruit".
