Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Hampshire
No Reply's from Company I bought from
I play an Online Game. www.outwar.com
I spent over $1000 on buying Outwar Points,
Outwar uses a company called txtNation.
After i spent my money, they suspended my account because they thought it was fraud.
I have sent lots of e-mails and rang their phone number to confirm my purchase, but no one has replied or sent an e-mail.
I have all the proof, i just cannot speak to anyone to help.
Can I Legaly do something about them ignoring me ?
Can I take Legal action for Neglecting me ?
I would like to resolve this without the courts, but they are leaving me no choice.
~ Thank you.

You need to look at any 'fine print' in the vendor's on-line material. This will help define the parties' rights and obligations.
You will also need to consider where the contract was made and if the contract contains a clause making a particular jurisdiction that in which disputes must be heard and determined.
You may find that the vendor is a U.S company (or based in another offshore jurisdiction) and has attempted to make a particular state in the USA the nominated jurisdiction. That could cause you grief in trying to get the matter into an Australian court.
Unless you can find a lawyer to take your matter pro bono, I suggest that the cost will outweigh what you hope to recover.
You could try the Small Claims Tribunal (or equivalent in your home state)but you may have difficulty in getting a foreign corporation served and before the tribunal.
