Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New Hampshire

car sale gone bad

I have a signed contract from the buyer of my car. He was to pay me weekly. He stopped paying after several weeks. He does have the title. He owes me about $1200. I sent registered letters, phone calls.

Should I pursue this? Small claims court? I think he is out of work now.

DO you have a written agreement?

How about a security agreement (REPO)?

I would do a demand letter for $ 250.00.

That will frequently shake loose the $$.

ANy defenses?
