Credit Card Late Fees

I have my cc payments postmarked 5-6 days before due date. CC services keeps charging late fees as they do not post the payment for 7-8 days.

Can they charge late fees if you have the payment postmarked before the due date?

What does your contract with the CC company say?

You are bound by that agreement.
