Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New Hampshire

Delivery of oil not ordered by me but a neighbor

In March 2006, an oil company delivered fuel to an outbuilding on my property. Driver knocked on door after to give me bill. I said I didn't order it....the bill had someone else's name/address on it.

I heard nothing til july when I got a bill for it. I called and said....I didn't order it nor can I pay for it. The man said he'd look into it. Today I get another bill.

Can they force me to pay for their mistake?

BTW, it was fuel oil put into a kero tank
