Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New Hampshire

I am enrolled in CreditSolutions

and one of my creditors is taking me to court. Is this legal? Can they do anything if I am part of a credit card settlement plan?

Credit card settlement plans are only binding if there is a agreement between the creditor and the company. the agreement between you and the "solution" company is not binding on the creditor.
