Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New Hampshire

Ex-boyfriend owes me $15,000

In Dec. 2005 I took a personal loan for $15,000 for my boyfriend to buy a truck. The loan was for 60 months @ $300.00 per month. After about six months we broke up and he was to continuing making the payments each month as well as other bills that were in my name. July 2006 was the last installment of 300.00 that was put into my account. Now I am stuck with this debt until 2010 for a truck I don't even have. My question is: Can I file a lawsuit for the amount of the loan?
