Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New Hampshire

Owed judgemet

I have a judgement against me from a credit card company and I do want to pay it back but I DO NOT HAVE 9000.00 on hand, can I call their lawyer to make a payment arrangement,I can , maybe pay 1000.00 per month til it is paid, is this possible, I really do want to end up in jail or loose my property.....THANK YOU

If they actually have a JUDGMENT, they can garnish or seize assets NOW. I would need to learn your total financial picture to advise. Call or email for further assistance.
