What are the advantages and or disadvantages to pleading no contest as opposed to not guilty/guilty to charges of criminal tresspassing, and resisting arrest?

There is no such plea in the criminal law of New

Jersey.

Being allowed a disposition that is not a guilty plea or a finding of guilt is much better than being found guilty or pleading guilt because one can still claim innocence and avoid some of the possible consequences of a conviction for committing a crime.
