Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Hampshire
I would like to know if someone can be convicted for a certian charge, based off another person providing the authorties with information. My father was charged with intent of distabuting marijauna 2000 lbs of it and the D.A. brought him in based off a women telling him that my father was involved, so I would like to know can he be convicted without any proof.

The woman's testimony is evidence. The prosecutor may have additional evidence that you don't know about. The testimony of a single witness may be enough by itself to convince a jury beyond a reasonable doubt that a defendant is guilty. I doubt that it would be enough in a case like this, but I also doubt that it's the only evidence the prosecutor will offer.
