Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Hampshire
i have a second degee asault on my record and right now im trying to get it drop to a misdeminor so i can join the army. i have a letter from my parole officer and army officials that are willing to go to court with me

It all depends on the facts and dates of when your offense took place. You may have options available to your but it's hard to make an assessment based on the very limited information you provided thus far. I would suggest consulting with an attorney as to what steps/motions to file in an effort to modify your record so that it's acceptable for your commission with the Army.
