I signed an extridition order in mass for a NH warrant, i spent 55 days in a prison without nh coming to retrieve me, what is the time from for nh to pick me up?

There is no black and white rule. It is essentially what the court determines. NH has a reasonable amount of time to get you, otherwise, you can be released or placed on bail.
55 days, depending on the charge, seems a little long.
