Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Hampshire

hypodermic syringe

I am cohabitating with a woman i have known for 1 year, recently while she was on one of her trips, my 12 year old daughter found a needle and syringe in her (girlfriend) drawer. Am i crimanally

neglegent, is this a lawful possession , and how can I find if it has been used and for what purpose.

You can be chared with constructive possession if she does not have medical authority to possess. You can send the needle to a lab to be evaluated. You should also ask herr for the purpose of the needle and whether she has any other contraband in the house or its perimeter.
