incest
my husband was arrested on an incest carge with his 16 1/2 year old daughter she wanted this to happen she said it was to sucure her love and when he didnt leave me she had him arrested she is very suicidal and the judge said if he apealed this he would add more time to his sentence can that happen

On an appeal, a criminal defendant cannot be given a worse sentence than he originally received at trial.
