interspousal wiretapping and implied consent
IS there an exception to interspousal wiretapping? And can a person give implied consent to wiretap his or hers conversations?

If I understand your question correctly, you are asking whether you can tape or record your spouses telephone conversations. The laws on this vary from state to state. I do not believe this is against any Texas criminal statutes. You should check the laws of any state in which such calls are intercepted.
