Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Hampshire
Someone is offering me money to buy a new car in my name, pay cash then sign the title over to him when i receive it in the mail. Is this legal?

Maybe if it is money laundering. Also if it is more than a certain amount you might have to declare where the money came from.
