Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Hampshire

Pardon or record sealing

In approximately 1975 I was arrested and convicted on drug charges. I sucessfully served a 2-1/2 to 6 year sentence in State Prison, receiving an early release. There have been no other incidents. This was my first and only offense. In the 30 plus years I am no where near the sme person, acheiving a postion of respectibility and acheiviment in my life. I am intersted in applying for a pardon, or whatever the proceecure in New Hampshire is and would appreciate any information about the application process, proceedure, costs, etc. Thank you.

Re: Pardon or record sealing

In order to get your conviction annulled, you have to have met all of your sentencing requirements and ten years must have passed in which you were not convicted of anything else. You need to start at the court that convicted you in the first place. Good luck. Feel free to email me directly at [email protected]
