What is the charge for 3 counts of assault on 3 officers and resisting arrest?

What state are you talking about, Mass. or NH? Make sure you are charged with assault and not assault and battery, which is more common in this situation. Max. for each count of assault and battery is 2 1/2 years in district court. I think resisting arrest is the same. Few people get the max.
