Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Hampshire
Possesion of marijuana from 6 years ago
he has an outstanding warrent for possesion of marijuana he lives in MI they refuse to pick him up on the warrent. How can he take care of it with out leaving michigan. Is there a writ that he can file?

Perhaps he would benefit from hiring a lawyer that is licensed to practice in both Michigan and in New Hampshire. I recommend Attorney John M. English for that.
