sex offenders rights

my boyfriend is a sex offender (1 time not under megan's law). he was in prison for almost 2 yrs then sent to a 1/2way house where he has been for 7 months. every time he tries to get out they deny him. what are his rights and when is enuf enuf? ( he also has to register for the rest of his life and is not allowed to go to places like mcdonalds and chuck e cheese..not even with his own kids and me after i took a chaperone class.

Your description is incomplete. Jails rarely put sex offenders on probation or parole these days. As to the other matters, who set the conditions, and what are they?
