Re: signature fraud

Do not talk to the police or the AG. Any thing that you say will be used against you in a hearing or court. The police and the AG are not interested in "clearing up" the situation. Their only interest is gathering information against you. In addition to any false signature charge, you could face charges for theft and illegal possession of a narcotic (a felony). You laso have issues with your professional license. Your first stop should be to obtain the services of an attorney with a practice in criminal defense law. The attorney can advise you and help you with the AG and with any potential criminal charges.
