Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Hampshire
simple assault charge
I was arrested for simple assault one early morning, a domestic sort of thing. The officers said that they were suprised at how well I cooperated with them and how I knew I did something wrong and may need help. One of the officers said maybe I'll just need to get anger managment counseling and alcoholism counseling. Is this realistic? Can I contact the Prosecution to see what they are going to recommend to the judge. Do you think I will get jail time if I have arrests for a class b felony six years ago? What do you think I will be sentenced to ?
