Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Hampshire
Simple Assault
I was at a water park with my sister, we were escorted out due to roughhousing, we continued to mutually roughhouse and I was charged by an officer for simple assault, even though my sister and I consented. Do I need a lawyer for somthing I did not commit, or will charges be dropped?

Innocence does not always translate into a "not guilty" verdict. Both you and your sister's testimony will be needed to establish the facts.
