Unfortunately, I am a practicing criminal defense attorney in NH. In order to effectively answer your question, you must direct it to an attorney in Florida. Had your convictions occured in NH, a violation may be annulled 1 year after the completion of any sentence, a misdemeanor 3 years after the completion of any sentence and a felony 6 years after the completion of any sentence. These are general answers, which may change depending on the nature of the specific offense.
