Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Hampshire

I was placed on New Hampshire probation for a drug related misdemenour the problem is I am not a resident of NH i still pay on a house in Statesborough Georgia. Can i traNSFER MY PROBATION TO GEORGIA SO i CAN GO HOME?

The problem with committing a crime in another state is that it subjects you to their laws and probation is longer period of period of supervised release in lieu of a shorter period of incarceration. You will need the permission of your probation office and the court to transfer your probation, plus the State of Georgia will have to be willing to ACCEPT your probation.
Next time you go on vacation (especially in New Hampshire), don't bring illegal substances; it will save you alot of money and potential prison time.
