Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Hampshire
Trafficing
My daughters dad was just caught for drug trafficing in NH with 21 grams of cocaine and 3 grams of heroin and I was wondering if that was a fedral crime or not and what the effects would be if anyone could help that would be great thank you )

Distribution of drugs such as cocaine, crack and heroin are federal crimes under Title 21 USC s. 841. In addition, it is also a crime the State Controlled Drug Act RSA 318-B. The jurisduction that conducts the prosecution is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to the following: the strength of the case, search law, possible sentence and criminal history.
