how to get my license reinstated

i got a 3rd dui in VT 1-31-05, and am presently in NH. It was only a civil conviction but am wondering how to get a new license without the headache of DMVs games. it has been almost 4 years with no other incidents, any suggestions?

In order to get your driving privileges in New Hampshire, you're going to have to make peace with the State of Vermont. The starting point is probably contacting the licensing office in Vermont and getting a copy of your record and a list of things which need to be done in order to get your rights in VT back. Once that it accomplished, NH will likely issue you a license, assuming there are no other outstanding issues.
