Legal Question in DUI Law in New Hampshire
license suspension
If a teen drivers license suspension in Ct. is under appeal, could he move to N.H. and get a license there? If so, would the N.H. license be affected by the eventual suspension in Ct? Are there any other issues to be considered?

You are required to inform New Hampshire if there is any action pending regarding your CT license. I seriously doubt NH would issue a license until the CT matter is resolved. Also, if CT does suspend or revoke the license, NH would agree to an equal penalty here.
