Legal Question in DUI Law in New Hampshire

getting license 4yrs after DUI

My boyfriend got a DUI 4 yrs ago in Nov, license revoked the following month, he couldn't afford the sr22 so I just drove him around, since 4 yrs have passed can he get his license back without the sr22, if yes, does he have to go to Concord to get it and what would he need to bring to get it back? Thanks in advance for your assistance.

He will still have to get the SR-22; it is a form that comes your insurance agency. It is sent into Concord but there is also a restoration fee and they will want proof that he completed an alcohol program and paid his fines.
