If you are convicted in Maine, New Hampshire has the right to impose the same penalty (loss of driving privileges, etc.) as the State of Maine. The states now share information.

A .07 is not a significantly high number for BAC. I suggest that you consult with an attorney in Maine to see if there is any alternative disposition available which would avoid a conviction. Otherwise your only other alternative would be to go to trial and win.
